Warzone Resurrection Sees Wave Two Of Its Monthly Releases
December 3, 2014 by brennon
Prodos Games have shown off the second wave of releases for this month in Warzone: Resurrection. This time they're bringing out the big guns for Bauhaus and sending in the Crimson Devils...
First up we have the Bauhaus led by Baron Von Jaeger. Accompanying him to the battlefield we have the Artillery Korp who will be using those guns to bring down all manner of walkers and tanks and heavy infantry that threaten your lines. Not so sure on the new strain of foot-on-rock syndrome which has now become a weapon of some kind but other than that Von Jaeger is looking very detailed.
On the other side of the coin we have the Mishima Crimson Devils which are looking amazing. The detail is spot on and I love their slime line suits of armour and those helmets look epic. If you're looking for alternative weapons for your Nasca Razides as well then you can also pick up a weapon pack for them.
What will you be picking up?

I’m not especially fond of the Baron but that’s more a concept thing than it is a problem with the sculpt. I am, however, going to need about three of those BAK boxed sets because the option for a super long range artillery barrage is too much fun to pass up. Mk7 Feldblitzer + Steady Aim + Targeting Flare = lots of Large Explosion Template goodness!
The Crimson Devils are also awesome. I really need to pick them up and a Mishima starter..
If I wasn’t into so many other games & hobbies I might have got into this – would have loved a Mishima force.
There is just far too much shiny goodness.
It swamps Time, Cash and reason!
And we still clamour for moar! lol
Baron does not appeal to me but those Crimson Devils and Artillery Corps looks really good.
Foot on UXB is well hard and cool
Makes a change from the ubiquitous pebble
The eagle is obviously more sensible and about to get the hell out of there tout suite!
I must get my hands on some of these minis, if only to paint – they look great, for the most part. We’ll see what Santa might bring.
The Baron is disappointing, IMHO. The common problem with modern games is the lack of unnamed heroes. Warzone has stats for generic characters, but no miniatures for them. Hope the miniatures for Mutant Chronicles can solve this (at least the concepts look much more dynamic).
