Warploque’s Troubles In The North Kickstarter Launches Soon
September 24, 2016 by brennon
Warploque Miniatures are closing in on the beginning of their new Kickstarter campaign which will add more 28mm scale models to ArcWorlde. Will you face the Troubles In The North?
Their new book will act as a supplement adding to their Fantasy world with new warbands to play as and a story to explore in a frozen landscape. You can see how two of the factions are shaping up here with the Dark Lords...
...and the Njorsvald. The characters above remind me of the characters from the video game Overlord; their leader character in particular.
The Njorsvald are a nice variant on the Human theme in ArcWorlde and they seem a little less prim and proper - which is awesome. It's neat to see them with some traditional axes and shields but following a leader in more polished armour.
Will you be keeping an eye on this campaign when it launches next Friday?
Let us know!

@mage gave me a copy of the rulebook and the quality matches that of the minis. Absolutely top-notch. If I didn’t have the soon-to-launch Purgatory KS monopolising my attention and funds I’d be giving this some serious consideration.
Gol durn it. Too many good Kickstarters coming up. I went in for the Lead Adventure one and now I’m wondering how I’m going to justify Warploque and Star Saga. 🙁
this is pretty neat! makes me want to get some models
the figures look nice.
