Warploque Preview More Crazy Creatures From ArcWorlde
August 9, 2017 by brennon
Adding to their expanding realm of ArcWorlde we got to see some more previews of what lies ahead from the folks at Warploque Miniatures. First up we have a notorious Bounty Hunter...
Fighting for the Bayourks in ArcWorlde this fellow is an infamous sight as he ranged the land looking for his next target. Maul Dixie will be part of the faction when Troubles In The North launches proper.
Night Haunter
Following on from him we have the flittering form of the Helbat.
With a wingspan of 22cm/8.5 inches, this fellow is a terrifying creature that haunts the skies looking for its next meal. You could use this as part of an extended scenario where it ranges across the battlefield and both factions have to try and take it down.
Wild Elves
Jumping into the mix we also have some new Wild Elf sculpts for you to check out for Troubles In The North too. See what you make of these spindly and fey looking creatures. This fellow, in particular, is dripping with character and you could imagine him being in a Del Toro movie.
He is then joined by a number of other Wild Elves including this impressive looking Sorcerer who is calling up all manner of eldritch spells to aid him. I love the look of those Familiars he has with him too, drifting around and feeding off the magical energies he uses in battle.
Last but not least we have this Archer who brings together all of the things I enjoy about this range. They've really gone for storybook/fairy tale style Elves in ArcWorlde and I think it has created a fantastic range with a unique aesthetic.
The arm may be a little too straight in my opinion here but otherwise, the model is a stunning piece.
What do you think of these new previews coming out of Warploque?

I like the art direction they have taken, also with earlier releases. Would be fun to paint!
I’m such a fan of this range. I’ll be getting the Orc fella at the very least.
fabulous work.
Lovely as always. This range knows what it is and consistently produces beautiful, characterful minis, which fit their quirky world. Fantastic! ….. on the down side … more money outgoing …. sigh
Whoo, those Helbats would be perfect for my Undead army. I think I want a swarm of ’em!
Also liking that Wild Elf necromancer dude.
Gotta go check out the rest of their stuff too.
