Wargames Atlantic Show Off Their Dark Ages Army Builder Set

Wargames Atlantic has been showing off some of the bitz that are going into their massive Dark Ages Army Builder set that they are looking to bring to life through the Vox Populi program. This is being set up as a good way for you to build a big Dark Ages army quickly.
Dark Age Head Types // Wargames Atlantic
This set is in the pre-production step (and deal) and when it reaches its goal, it will go into production. It builds on what Wargames Atlantic has already done for the likes of the Goths and the set will contain forty-eight figures that will come with a mixture of spears and swords with shields. There will be no bows in the set but lots and lots of heads as you can see above.
Dark Age Bodies // Wargames Atlantic
Rob Macfarlane has been working super hard on this set that will cover all manner of different tribes and nations across the centuries that make up the Dark Ages. You will have heads for Saxons, Goths, Late Romans, Franks and Spangenhelms.
Dark Ages Army Builder // Wargames Atlantic
All you'll need to do is plug in the right head and choose the right shields and you'll be good to go. This is a great idea and should mean that many SAGA armies get built quickly! I like that all of the heads that you get in the set are roaring as they charge into battle. They look suitably berserk.
