The W’adrhŭn’s Apex Predator Prowls The World Of Conquest!
October 15, 2021 by brennon
The forces of the W’adrhŭn are able to call on the might of another towering creature thanks to Para Bellum Wargames. The Apex Predator is on the prowl and should be a great option for those wanting to add a powerful leader into their games of Conquest: The Last Argument Of Kings.

This towering beast was released from the fall of the Abhoreth Spire when it fell during the advance of the Dweghom across the world. As well as the W’adrhŭn, dangerous beasts like this Apex Predator found their way into the wild and now it has been turned into a living engine of destruction and mayhem.
Apex Predator // Conquest
As well as being a glorious miniature in its own right, this massive creature also comes with a rider. You get an alternative miniature for the Predator to put on its back, steering it towards the next meal! I have always loved dinosaurs and so it's awesome to see more of them popping up on the tabletop, especially with a Fantasy twist. Little arms be damned, this is a fearsome killer!
I reckon this would be great fun to work on as you've got all of those scales but also the bright feathers that run down its back. You get to have a lot of fun with the big miniatures from Conquest anyway but this takes it to another level.
The Apex Queen!
As well as getting the Apex Predator, you can also snag an optional extra too. Here is the Apex Queen that can serve as an alternative mount for the Predator that you see above. Just swap her in and you're ready to go.
Apex Queen // Conquest
Another great-looking miniature and it certainly works with the theme of the W’adrhŭn as a whole. Their females warriors are some of their most powerful so it makes sense to drop them into the mix to lead your armies.
Are you going to be snapping these miniatures up for your Conquest army?
"Little arms be damned, this is a fearsome killer!"
That looks really good.
Wrecking toilets up and down the Hundred Kingdoms.
one is on its way to me for #PathOfConquest because I am insatiable!!!
It’s a nice fit for an army I have stalled at the pipe dream stage. I’ll shell out if I ever get a few dozen rank and file knocked out
First Blood is interesting as you can play with a dozen minis so it’s not full on but uses the same system which is interesting
I do fancy it but another game system when I have so many unfinished already? It all sounds a bit shiny ?
I really like this feathered version of the T-Rex. I might just splurge some money I currently don’t have to get this as a painting project.
How to make a tribal orc even cooler or more badass- stick it on a DINOSAUR!
Ooh a blue feathered rex an a warrior Queen fantastic figures.
Buy a Schleich dinosaur for £15, stick an orc on top. Done.
