Para Bellum Wargames are still taking pre-orders for the new W’adrhŭn Scion Of Conquest which heralds the coming of a new army for Conquest: The Last Argument Of Kings and First Blood.

This limited edition preview miniature will soon be going the way of the dodo with pre-orders available up until 22nd March. It gives you a badass alternative sculpt which will only be available during this preview period for the W’adrhŭn.

These warriors are some of the more dedicated of the W’adrhŭn War-Priests and are trusted by the Tribal Council to lead troops into battle. As with many of the characters in Conquest, they are able to bring out the best in their troops with the Scion able to lead Cult Bands right into the heart of the fighting.

The W’adrhŭn are a fascinating army in their own right, tweaking the idea of the "Orc" for the unique setting of Conquest. The Scion also looks like an absolute beast, armed with those twin scythes and that massive sword on his back. I wouldn't want to come across one of them on the battlefield.

With First Blood being a great skirmish-based introduction to Conquest, this miniature might be well worth picking up as a leader for your warband. Even if you only snag yourself a handful of the W’adrhŭn, to begin with, you can have fun with him and his companions!
