V&V’s Berserk Ulfhednars Charge Across The Battlefield
June 24, 2019 by brennon
V&V Miniatures has yet another release for their expanding Viking range. This time around they are looking to the front lines and a band of Ulfhednars who are going to hack apart your enemies defences.
Each of these sculpts is individual and gives you a snarling, bearded, fur-cloaked warrior. As per the tales of these warriors during the Dark Age, they were raging berserkers who could take grievous wounds and still keep fighting as the adrenaline forced them to surge onwards.
I always like playing around with Ulfhednars when painting. I got myself a few of the metal versions from Gripping Beast and they were a lot of fun to paint, especially when it came to the fur. Drawing on the spirits of animals and perhaps a few interesting ingredients, they are a fighting force to be reckoned with.
What do you make of these wild men?

Great figure’s I think they could be an interesting addition to the game with the Indian tribe’s to widen the enemies to fight.
