V&V Start Work On A New Set Of Medieval Knights
July 2, 2018 by brennon
V&V Miniatures is working on a new set of Medieval Knights for you to use in your games and so produced this little teaser showing off the first model from the set.
As you can see the fellow looks like he would be quite a fitting warrior to use in the Crusades or something closer to home in Europe. I like the attention to detail on the strapping for his chainmail around the books and the way the tabard and helmet have come together.
The axe also seems like a very good weapon to be using against someone when they are clad in this much armour. The heavier blade might be able to crack and crumple helmets and if needed you could always spin it around and use the prong to puncture armour too.
This is to say nothing about the fact that being whacked with an axe might also give you a good wallop inside the armour as it is, much like any big hunk of metal.
What do you think so far?
