Virgil Earp Takes Shape For Knuckleduster’s Wild West Range

Continuing with their O.K. Corral range expansion the Knuckleduster Miniatures crew have sculpted up another of the characters; Virgil Earp. While successful at the gunfight he was hunted down by friends of the outlaws and took three shotgun shells to the back!

Despite that he didn't meet his end and left for California after his brother, Morgan, was assassinated. The miniature above is based on the historical Virgil (you can see his Wiki page HERE) so gives him his rather bushy moustache but also fuller face.

Doc is following soon after Virgil so soon we'll have the whole cast of characters for re-creating the famous gunfight. It would be interesting to re-fight these scenarios - and indeed that's exactly what's awesome about wargaming - to see if the outlaws could come out on top.
