An Undead Samurai General Mounts Up For Zenit’s Kensei
December 7, 2015 by brennon
The Daisho Samurai has come together nicely for Zenit's current Kickstarter Campaign to bring an Undead Samurai Army to Kensei. See what you make of him mounted atop his equally undead horse...
I think this is a really striking pose and it's nice to see that they've gone down the route or making sure that the undead still retain a lot of the speed and agility they had in life. I could imagine this Daisho having the same faculties that he had in life which makes him an even more deadly enemy on the tabletop.
Have you backed this campaign?

Yes I have
That miniature is very cool.
interesting but horse skull look a bit to big?
I couldn’t resist this KS. Really happy with the progress. Though more backers would help. Zenit are certainly pulling out the good stuff to tempt us. Love the mounted Daisho but holding out for the vampire tree spirit. Would love that.
Absolutely love the style of these sculpts.
I hope it reaches a few more backers and higher total so some more options are unlocked.
Beautiful miniature. I also have the idea that the undead retain some of their original nature, even in undeath. No shambling Walking Dead zombies here!
Need to get more backers! Spread the word!
I really love this miniature, the subject matter and the pose. The sort of figure I would love to sculpt!
As of this morning. 18 more backers needed to unlock the rider and e1.6k to unlock the tree. Not bad going. 12 days left.
He looks very leaderly in that pose. They got the right stuff going for this army.
So close now
