Direct The D-Day Landings In Undaunted: Normandy
March 7, 2019 by brennon
Following the history of the US 30th Infantry Division, players will have to use all their strategic might and tactical reasoning as they issue orders, call in reinforcements, and manage casualties in Undaunted: Normandy.
Set in the aftermath of the D-Day landings, Undaunted: Normandy is a two-player deck-building strategy game. Played as a campaign, players take on the roles of opposing forces - either leading the US forces into France, or as defending German troops attempting to stave off the approach of the Allies.
Designed by David Thompson and Trevor Benjamin, and with stunning illustrations from Roland McDonald, Undaunted: Normandy is an engaging game which caught the attention of Osprey Publishing quickly, as their Game Developer Filip Falk Hartelius states;
Undaunted: Normandy is one of those rare games I knew from first play that I wanted to publish. As a unique twist on older genres, every game is gripping, fresh, and tense until the very last turn!
Undaunted: Normandy will be released in August 2019. Check out the announcement on Osprey's website for further information.
Would you prefer to play Undaunted: Normandy as the Axis or the Allies?
