Games Workshop announced that they are going to be making two celebratory miniatures available this week for Warhammer Age Of Sigmar. These Commemorative Series Miniatures will be available on their webstore, focusing on the dastardly Kruleboyz and the Stormcast Eternals.

Killaboss Zagnog - Warhammer Age Of Sigmar

First up, we have the leering Killaboss Zagnog who can be slotted into your army as an alternative Killaboss during your games. He has a particularly cunning and evil look, as if he has just spied his next foe and is getting ready to hack them apart.

As with other Killaboss miniatures, he comes with the same set of special rules and such so whilst it's a new miniature, it still counts as your standard Killaboss. You won't be missing out on some funky rules if you can't get a hold of Zagnog. I do quite like the conniving Kruleboyz and it's good to see another fun character miniature for the faction. I think you could also have some fun doing a bit of warpaint on this fellow's face!

If you find yourself more allied with the forces of Order then you can get yourselves a new Knight-Arcanum miniature for the Stormcast Eternals.

Knight-Arcanum Mordern Tzane - Warhammer Age Of Sigmar

Mordern Tzane comes armed with his staff at the ready and can be made with the magical power flowing from his hand or without; whichever takes your fancy. Call down power from the heavens and smite your foes with another Knight-Arcanum!

Again, a great "action" pose and a miniature that is going to blend very well with your army. Much like with the Killaboss above, this fellow doesn't have any particular special rules but is just a nice bonus for your Stormcast Eternals army if you are so inclined.

Both miniatures will be available on the Games Workshop webstore for a limited time. As a bonus, Games Workshop has said that Mordern Tzane will be added to your basket when you spend £150 or more and there is also a bonus for spending £100 as you'll get a discount code for Black Library with the value of £10.

A nice bonus for those who started during the current edition of Warhammer Age Of Sigmar?

New Edition Previews

Games Workshop are also ramping up the hype train for Warhammer Age Of Sigmar with events in May where you can try out the new edition.

There will be an event throughout the US Open in Dallas, Texas but there is also going to be an event at Warhammer World as well. Tickets are going to be available for the event soon so keep an eye out if this has you intrigued.

Will you be diving into the new edition?
