Tor Gaming Puts Out a Call for Talented Sculptors
June 26, 2012 by brennon
Do you think you have what it takes to add to the growing range of the weird and wonderful from Tor Gaming? If the answer is yes then you might be interested in adding to their Cabinet of Curiosities...
"The range will have nothing to do with Relics, or any other game for that matter. The range will not have a specific theme (maybe sub themes, but it will grow as it grows). It will contain anything that we put in it – miniatures, busts, vehicles etc.
It is to be a home for the weird and the wonderful. A place for sculptors to send their previously unfinished works and finally see them produced. A way for all you new sculptors to ‘cut you teeth’ in the industry and get their foot in the door."
So if you're looking to show off your work and potentially get it endorsed by Tor Gaming then head over and check out their Submission Form.
It will be interesting to see what wondrous items appear from this endeavor.

This is very interesting. Tor keep coming up with ideas that show they are thinking outside the tin.
Cool idea, and one that reminds me a little of Troll Forged’s line – this will allow the Tor range to grow quickly without needing to come up with a whole other game and setting, plus potentially there’ll be a wide range of appeal in terms of subjects. One-off stuff might not be of much use to wargamers but RPG lovers and painters could be in for a treat…looking forward to seeing the first model! 🙂
This is such a good opportunity for sculptors. It’s like having a canvas and painting what ever you wish and then people buying it. Oh how I wish I had sculpting skills.
Also it gives someone in my position a bit of incentive to think more about sculpting so that I have a possibility of submitting something, and thinking about projects/ideas I might not otherwise have tackled.
All to the good of the hobby imho.
What a great idea to get those unheard of sculptors in the community a chance to shine.
