ThunderChild Go Travelling With Mutant Pilgrims!
September 8, 2014 by brennon
ThunderChild Miniatures have hit the post-apocalyptic road with some of their mutated wasteland Pilgrims and their heavily laden Mootant. See what you think of the Wandering Pilgrims set!
It's quite a cool set of miniatures and all cast in resin meaning the detail stands out that bit more. I love both of those pilgrims who would work in not only a post-apocalyptic setting but also sci-fi and fantasy well which is nice. The little claw peeking out of the one chaps robes is a cool little hint to their scary origins. As well as pilgrims they'd make great cultists.
As for the Mootant, if you want an awesome objective marker for the tabletop then now you have one! Raid the Mootant trading caravan with your road warriors of the future!
What do you think?

I like this set, original work!
Don’t they come with bases? What’s up with that?
Many companies provide figures with integral bases like these. Reaper miniatures for example. That being said, if you wanted the set on bases and you don’t have any spare ones, I’m sure they could happily provide you with some at no extra cost.
these are looking pretty cool 🙂
… I’m liking the little details, like the crab claw, and the tentacle for a foot 🙂
They would make good chaos worshipers?
