Temple Of The West Releasing 28mm Arthurian Miniatures Soon!
September 14, 2022 by brennon
Temple Of The West has been working with Daniel Mersey to bring to life a new set of 28mm miniatures for those who are fans of Arthurian myths and legends. The range is coming soon and covers a whole host of well-known characters and Fantasy foes.
Knights Of The Round Table // Temple Of The West
The range of characters has come to life through the concept art of Anton Fort before being sculpted by the talented hand of Stavros Zouliatis. Steve Beckett has worked on the character you see here when it comes to the paint schemes! I think they are looking fantastic.
As well as working on famous characters like Arthur, Lancelot, Mordred, Merlin and the rest of the Knights Of The Round Table, some of those characters they meet throughout their journeys are also waiting in the wings.
Gog, Magog & More // Temple Of The West
I think the miniatures for Gog and Magog are absolutely fantastic and it will be awesome to see Arthur and his companions coming up against them on the tabletop. Additionally, I am a massive fan of The Green Knight so it's brilliant to see a take on him included amongst these miniatures.
Additional Arthurian Characters // Temple Of The West
Brigands // Temple Of The West
It's neat to see that the miniatures have the look and feel of the "Le Mort de Arthur" interpretation of these folklore heroes. BUT, there is also plenty there that offers nods back to the Dark Ages, especially in the likes of the Ethereal Knight.
If you want to know more, check out Daniel Mersey's book on The Knights Of The Round Table!
Are you going to be picking these up when they become available from Temple Of The West?

Ooh they look great for game’s.
Are these the knight who say NI?
Those look really nice.
Very nice indeed, not too keen on the foot to rock mini but it’s a very small criticism based on personal taste. Otherwise really nice, great job
Somehow I must these and I’ve just seen them on the Weekender. They’re great and I might have to get some (all) of them. I’m immediately thinking of an Arthurian version of Five Leagues from the Borderlands.
Edit: I’ve just seen that they are produced in the US so I’m hoping there’ll be a UK distributer as the postage and customs may be a deal breaker.
