Tabletop Art See Through You and Their Clear Skull Set
September 14, 2014 by dracs
Following up on their clear plastic icicles, Tabletop Art have another clear set that they plan on releasing, a collection of completely transparent skulls.
I have to admit, I find it a little hard to think why you might need clear skulls. However, with the addition of a wash they could succeed in looking pretty eldritch, and could therefore be useful accessories for both sinister dungeons and the spellcasters who inhabit them.
Can you come up with any uses for these accessories?
Cool dungeon accessories, an interesting weapon for your villain to hold. A weird headswap option to mark out a champion in a unit of undead.
On a plinth with a little LED below it for the ambitious dungeon builder or as part of a diorama.
Crystal skulls also have a Mayan legacy, so would go well with a New World themed army as well.
Sadly, my first association with Crystal Skulls is one I think most of us wish had never happened (I shall not name it).
Good for any necromancer / dark wizard to channel their powers through?
Where’s Indiana Jones when you need him?
FINALLY! Now we can do the greatest Indy movie EVER!
Because NEWER is always BETTER, right?
Maybe I should have actually watched that movie before making this statement… nah, I’m an old coot who likes outmoded things… But I’m sure someone out there prefers it simply because it wasn’t made 20 years ago.
Not me, love the old ones, only like the new one.
