New Suburbanauts Arrive For Lucid Eye’s Plot Device Range
January 22, 2018 by brennon
The folks at Lucid Eye have another round of releases for you this week with the addition of new Suburbanauts for you to add to your Plot Device collection.
Here we have three more miscreants that look like they might have a bone or two to pick with you. I like that whilst two of them have gone for guns as weapons of choice we have the third there in the middle who prefers to be up close and personal when he takes you down there.
He's holding the knife as if to taunt you with it, no subtlety here it seems.
Have you checked out the Lucid Eye collection?

They look good.
Big fan here of all the stuff Lucid Eye is doing. Plot Device is my least favourite of the ranges, but only because I didn’t grow up during the 60s/70s hippy-disco culture. So the aesthetic doesn’t hit my nostalgia buttons in the way their other ranges do. But there’s a bit of Pink Floyd’s The Wall, Clockwork Orange, 2000ad, 70s cop-drama that does appeal to me.
I grew up in the 70’s and have a fondness for Psychadelia and the alternative cultures so though I adore all of Steve Saleh’s sculpts this particular range speaks to me. I have been trying to get beyond a painting block to complete the earlier releases for this range so I can order these, hopefully you will see some models on WAYPN very soon.
Anyone know if they are doing a rule set background fluff etc for these figures please?
Tt has been mentioned…
