Carlos Pérez, a sculptor for Big Child Creative, A Song Of Ice & Fire: Tactics, Zombicide, Marvel United, Mordred and The Dead Keep is now on Kickstarter with their own project which aims to bring some amazing 32mm Fantasy Orcs to the tabletop, The Longsnouts.

The Longsnouts are a new range of pre-supported, STL files that you can print off and build in different ways due to the multi-pose and multipart nature of the kits. The look is absolutely gorgeous and they bring to me classic Fantasy Orcs with a Bonner feel but also a unique twist thanks to Pérez's hand.

This has been a dream of Carlos' for a while and the idea from this campaign is that you'll be able to build full units of Orcs that could all be unique and different. This seems like a great idea for those wanting to build warbands for skirmish wargames. Because you can build as many of these Orcs as you like with the kits, there's no reason why this couldn't grow and change into a full army as well!

They are brilliant and come with lots of different weapon options. You've got spears and swords, plenty of shields and axes, daggers and additional command components so you can build big regiments.

Additional Stretch Goals have unlocked more options and there are plenty on the way as well. Mystery miniatures could pop up as the campaign continues for example. I would love to see some characters who could lead these Orcs. You could build a lot of characters using the set itself but it would be nice to have some one-off unique figures as well.
