New Campaign Supplement For SAGA On The Way!
October 11, 2016 by stvitusdancern
Studio Tomahawk has posted on their Facebook Page an announcement for a new campaign supplement for SAGA.
Ascension will put the players into leading a Warband along with their Lord to glory through a campaign set with the Vikings during the crusades. This will allow you to complete against other players as your Warband gains experience and take over land.
Who will be the victor at the end of the campaign? Only those of sharp wits and stout heart can lead others into battle and rise to be the greatest clan to ever walk the earth.
Unfortunately, at this time, I do not have much further information as the pictures of the book that are shown on their Facebook Page are in French and mine is not good.
As soon as we can get some in English we will post them. Any way you look at it, this is exciting for SAGA players and could lead to a new and exciting season of tournament play.
Have you played Saga?

I must buy!
I have no French, but the campaign actions (“Raid”, “Conquer”) look the same as in the recent Saga of the Wolf campaign supplement, so I wonder how much crossover there is between this and that.
Woohoo!!! Looks epic, can’t wait to grab a copy 🙂 time to kitbash some varangian-looking vikings then (great metals out there but there’s just summat about putting my own stamp on a mini)
I love the extra levels of meta a good campaign adds to a game.
I’m curious how this new book will relate to the previous campaign book. Is it mostly the same but geared towards Crescent and Cross? Is it completely different? Are the two compatible?
Looks awesome from my extremely basic (Random words from movies) French it looks like a progression campaign where your Warlord is taking over nearby groups and growing his skills and retinue. This will make some amazing campaigns
