Steamforged Games Give Youtube Stars The Guild Ball Treatment

While Steamforged Games can't be at Gen Con this year they will be having some fun this weekend at Cox Con 2015 which is an event put on by the ever lovable Jesse Cox. Some of his Youtuber friends are going to be there too including TotalBiscuit, Dodger, Crendor and Strippin so they've been given the Guild Ball treatment...
Each of the models from their existing range has been painted up to match their Youtube counterparts. I think they've got the pairings spot on with TotalBiscuit sporting his trademark top hat, Dodger having funky coloured hair and Strippin doing his 'macho man' thing...
You can catch Jesse, TotalBiscuit and Dodger on their (mostly) regular podcast which airs every week known as the Co-Optional Podcast. While they talk about a lot of video game related topics they do delve into board games and miniatures games too which is fun to hear pop up in conversation.
There is also the Co-Optional Lounge where they play games using Tabletop Simulator.

I’m a bit embarrassed to say I don’t know these youtubers despite I’m sure their great success! Lovely minis and a cool idea though.
Goes to bed feeling slightly older for not knowing the hip youtubers… 😉

@Brennon if you could play against any of those YouTubers which one would you choose?
I think I’d play against Jesse – he’d have the right spirit for the game and just have a bit of fun with it. Not that the others wouldn’t but I think he’d rock 😀

Not to sound like a party pooper or anything as I love these Youtubers, but I don’t see much resemblance in their miniature forms. TB for example doesn’t have a moustache that large and where’s his beard? Not seeing it in Jesse’s either.
It’s definitely cool that they’re allowing miniatures of them to be made, and the models themselves are really dynamic and detailed. Just my 2 cents.
