I would say that you could get away with the Elf With Hidden Face being your new Rogue for an adventuring party. It's a shame that he is in such an old school 'resting' pose as I would have liked him to maybe be knelt down sneaking, or firing his bow at someone.

I do like the fine detail of the miniature though; Spellcrow always make incredibly characterful miniatures, but it would have been nice to see more motion.
