Warlord Games are celebrating November with a special miniature representing Emperor Napoleon. It matches up quite nicely with the coming of the Ridley Scott film about Napoleon's life that is also dropping this month. See what you make of "The Emperor's New Clothes".

This is one of the monthly Soldier Of Fortune miniatures that will only be available for a limited time during the course of the month. This miniature has been sculpted by Wojtek Flis and shows off François Gérard painting up the famous take on Napoleon, "Portrait de l’empereur Napoléon Ier en robe de sacre in 1804-5".

I really like the look of the miniatures in this set and I could well see this being something that gets picked up by fans of the French in Napoleonic wargaming. It looks to be available as a metal miniature and will also come with a print of the portrait mentioned above that you can pop onto the easel. Very vice.

This might not be a miniature set that would work well on the battlefield but it could be nice to display on the shelf next to your French army.
