Spartan Games Unveil The Halo: Ground Command Cover
July 17, 2016 by dracs
Spartan Games are moving deeper into the Halo world with Ground Command and have just revealed the cover art for both the rule book and the two player starter set that are heading our way.
Halo has always been good at creating epic infantry level battles and it will be cool to see this side of the franchise played out on the table top.
The two player starter set will be the perfect way to get into this new game, letting players take command of the UNSC and the Covenant in the Battle for Reach, an iconic moment in Halo history.
Spartan Games have been very successful at recreating the visual style of the series for Fleet Battles and Ground Command promises to do likewise. As long as there are rules for driving a warthog while blaring la cucaracha music I'll be happy.
Are you a Halo fan? Did you like Fleet Battles? What do you think Ground Command will be like?

Meh, i don’t really like the cover art, looks like a bad comic book cover!
But i’ll check out the game for sure
Been looking forward to this ever since they announce Halo Fleet Battles and hinted this would be coming later.
Fleet battles looked good but I think this is the one to really get people interested.
Stuff they’ve shown so far is great, looking forward to finding out more.
Duster is right – it is feeble! In this day and age it should/could be so much better – it wouldn’t make me pick them up to see what’s inside…
I’ll buy the starter, this game looks really interesting.
