Lost Kingdom Miniatures have shown off more of their plans for the growing miniatures range which will begin creating an army of Evil Dwarves for your games on the tabletop. Here we have the Magmhorin Sorcerer atop a deadly Lahma-Suh...

Magmhorin Sorcerer

As you can see we have the Sorcerer sitting on the back of this massive winged beast which itself probably has quite the fiery personality. I think they've actually done a pretty good job on making the mount look characterful which is neat.

Twin that with the fact that the wings are looking good too means that we might end up with a good miniature from this. Wings are always one of those things we have a lot of complaints about when it comes to render work as they tend to always look, well, frankly terrible. At least here they have detailed the membrane between the bones.

As we take a closer look at the Sorcerer we see that he is summoning magical power as he flies through the air. I think it's neat that we see him doing something from atop the back of his mount rather than simply holding his weapon aloft.

Mounted spellcasters seems like a decidedly better idea than a mounted general for the most part  - at least they can fire their magic at range.

What do you reckon?
