Some more awesomeness has dropped for Warhammer Age Of Sigmar. The Slaves To Darkness are going to be getting their new Army Set this weekend with pre-orders going live for those venturing deeper into the Mortal Realms with the servants of the Dark Gods.

This new set from Games Workshop comes with a bunch of new plastic miniatures. Leading the way, you get the brand new miniature for the Daemon Prince that comes with a whole host of options. You can have them be a servant of one of the Chaos Gods or perhaps simply an Undivided "fence sitter". You also get ten Chaos Chosen who will form your elite vanguard and then three Ogroid Theridons. The last three miniatures are the ones I am most excited about because they show just what Games Workshop can do with "minotaurs" when they want to.

The set also comes with the brand new Battletome for the Slaves To Darkness alongside the Warscroll Cards, Enhancement Cards and a bunch of tokens for keeping track of all of the things that happen during the midst of battle.

I have to say, I'm quite tempted. I don't think I'd buy the Army Set when it comes up for pre-order but I do like all of the new Slaves To Darkness miniatures. The Ogroids look fantastic and I like the new look of the Chosen. The Daemon Prince would need some tweaking when it comes to bitz but otherwise looks great too.

Ogor Mawtribes Stomp Into Battle!

As well as the Slaves To Darkness, the forces of Destruction are also stampeding across the plains and mountains of Ghur. Leading the way is the new Battletome for the Ogor Mawtribes.

This comes with up-to-date rules for the new edition and can be picked up in either its regular form or with the full art limited edition cover as you can see on the right. You can also get your hands on a bunch of accessories for the Ogor Mawtribes. This means the Warscroll Cards and the Dice!

You can snap these up and start rolling like a big hungry monster! I do appreciate that the dice are easy to read and the symbol chosen looks great. I think they missed a trick by not making them a little bit more bone-coloured rather than that marble white.

Building on the Battletome, the Warscroll Cards and the Dice we also have the new Vanguard set which offers up a quick way for you to get all of the miniatures you need to start playing your initial games.

Inside the set, you get the relatively new Tyrant miniature plus six Ogor Gluttons. There are also two Mournfangs for when you need to close the distance and some deadly firepower in the form of four Leadbelchers. There is also an Ironblaster which can also be built as a Gnoblar Scraplauncher if you prefer the hilarity.

Another new miniature is also going to be available to snap up. This Bloodpelt Hunter was previewed a little while back during a Warhammer livestream.

I was somewhat hoping that this was going to represent a unit of these deadly trophy hunters and mercenaries on the tabletop but alas it is just a single hero. Still, I do like the idea of a big game hunter Ogor from the Mortal Realms. When you're as massive as these Ogors are, the big game you'll be hunting could probably level a normal human town.

Last but not least, some older Ogors are going to be made available as part of the new Maneaters collection.

These classic Warhammer Fantasy Battles sculpts can be snapped up and added to any of your roving armies. Use them as deadly ex-mercenaries and make them Battleline options if you fancy going elite with your choices. It's impressive how well the older miniatures for the Ogors hold up against the new plastics from Games Workshop but I am still more of a fan of the buff Ogre when compared to these bulky fellows.

Even More - Sylvaneth & Sons Of Behemat!

Finishing things off for the Mortal Realms, the Sylvaneth are also getting their new Vanguard boxed set.

This set would be good for starting a Sylvaneth warband or perhaps adding to an existing one. It comes with a Branchwych and a band of three Kurnoth Hunters. You also get five Tree-Revenants and a massive Treelord that could be built as an Ancient or the one and only Spirit Of Durthu.

Capping things off for a random week in Warhammer Age Of Sigmar, we also have the Battlescroll Card set for the Sons Of Behemat.

So, if you're looking to just polish off your Sons Of Behemat army with some additional admin or crack into a Sylvaneth force, this should give you something to consider over the coming weekend. Make sure to drop your thoughts on all the new gubbins coming your way in the comments down below!

Could you be tempted by those new Slaves To Darkness miniatures?
