The folks at CMON have been showing off an awesome new set for those playing as the Wildlings in A Song Of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. Here we have the savage Skinchangers who are embracing their connection with nature.

Skinchangers Set - CMON - Copy

The Skinchangers in the set, of which you have two, work as a slightly different unit attachment in the game. During a turn, you can decide which creature your Skinchangers are going to bond with. If you go with one of the Wolves or Eagles in the set then you'll be able to debuff enemy units. The Eagles make charges for the Wildlings easier whilst the Wolves allow for additional wounds as they nip at their heels.

The Bear takes a bit more of a brutal battlefield role. As you might imagine, the Bear can get stuck into combat, savaging the enemy and battering them into submission as an additional attacker. It also causes the enemy to panic as no-one likes being challenged by a mighty beast.

This is a really nice set for those looking to develop their Wildling force on the tabletop and it could be useful beyond this game too!

What do you make of these Skinchangers?

"As you might imagine, the Bear can get stuck into combat, savaging the enemy and battering them into submission as an additional attacker..."
