Skeleton Cavalry Getting New Wargames Atlantic Plastic Kit

Wargames Atlantic have been previewing another new 28mm Fantasy plastic kit that is on the horizon. The aim is that you'll be able to support your plastic Skeleton Infantry with the thunder and rattle of Skeleton Cavalry.
Skeleton Cavalry // Wargames Atlantic
This is an early look at the bits that the team are hoping to add onto the sprues when they go into production. There are plenty of bodies in the set that can be armed with swords, spears and bows. This gives you plenty of different options when it comes to the battlefield role you want these warriors to undertake.
I like that you've got the sculpted breastplate for one of the riders, clearly marking them out as the leader of this unit that has perhaps remembered some of their skills in the saddles. You might also have noticed the standing Skeletons within the set complete with regular bases. Well, that's because the team are hoping to slot a Chariot into the mix as well.

This Bronze Age Chariot was designed to match up with the Trojans and Egyptians that are waiting in the wings. It also means that it should fit in quite nicely alongside the cavalry that you've seen above. Just mount the crew inside and get your bony horses ready!
Peter Dennis has worked on the art for the front of this new plastic box and a sterling job.

This seems like a great idea to supplement the existing Skeleton Infantry from Wargames Atlantic. If you're a fan of the "dry undead" as Gerry calls them, then you've now got two core elements of your army. Atlantic Digital also provide Ogre Skeletons if you want some hard hitting options to use alongside your general.
Will you be picking these up when they become available?

SKELLIBOBS!
These look awesome and brings back a lot of memories of my undead skeleton cavalry in Warhammer.
Very nice additions to their line. The chariot is quite interesting.
Bloody cut backs having to field a skeleton force.
