ClearHorizon’s Sigma Event 2177 Coming Soon To Kickstarter

ClearHorizon Miniatures are going to be heading to Kickstarter soon in order to fund their new Starter Set for a Gruntz-lite game called Sigma Event 2177.
Inside the set you're going to get two forces to get playing your games with including the Black Ops HADES Human force and the dangerous alien Prime Hive Mind. You'll also get a set of Gruntz-lite rules to play with, cards for your units and a scenario to play out showcasing the two forces.
With the Kickstarter project on the horizon too they have their eyes set on terrain sets, expansions and more too.

Another Space-Dollies vs Aliens game? It’ll need to have some special value proposition to stand a chance in the crowded market; and I don’t mean piles of plastic for little money – I mean some thing new/different/unique to make it stand out from the crowd.

So what is unique about the rules ?
The minis can be replaced by whatever looks cool (bits of paper if need be).
Background can be replaced by whatever fluff you like.
So what’s left is the rules and mechanics.
The Gruntz Lite that will come with the set, including the relevant data cards and scenario, will provide all the rules you need to play with the minis in the set. The Gruntz ruleset, which is already out, is an easy to learn system that has a ton of unit builders to make stat cards, with points, for any miniature in your collection.
