Batman’s Sidekick Robin Pops Up In A New Monolith Preview
November 24, 2017 by brennon
Batman always needs his sidekick Robin ready to leap into the action and thankfully Monolith is going to be dropping a version of him into the game. Here we have the first look at Tim Drake.
Tim Drake is one of the later iterations of Robin and still a stalwart member of Batman's team. He is bar Dick Grayson, probably the most famous version of Robin.
Following in the footsteps of Jason Todd he was important in bringing Batman back from the brink. I think the model is looking great and once again in a nice fighting pose, perfect for the game.
I like that this version of Robin is a little more armoured and is actually wearing some trousers!
What do you think of this take on Robin?

It says a lot about the longevity of Batman that Tim Drake “one of the later iterations of Robin” has been apart of the Bat-family for almost 30 years now….
I’m gonna have to shut my Internet down in the new year, i’ve made commitments on my wallet that don’t include Batman, but if this keeps up the quality as it has, it will be difficult to ignore.
February for KS, I believe. Mentally, I have pledged already.
The details are fantastic. I can’t wait to see the other Robins
Honestly I’m not sure this captures Tim Drake for me. He looks like an angrier Robin, Ibwould have actually thought this was Jason Todd shortly before becoming acquainted with the crowbar.
Oddly @ugleb I think this perfectly captures the look of Tim Drake from his early appearance, circa Knightfall to Young Justice. As a rule he was VERY 90’s, what with a more diminutive stature (appropriately) and hair that tended towards the spikey.
(I will say though, if Monolith thrown in the YJ-era Superboy, Impulse, Wonder Girl & Arrowette then they can just have all my monies…)
Yeah I guess it depends which era you are most familiar with.
I’m surprised nobody has tapped young justice for minis yet, there certainly seems to be enough interest in them.
I’m really liking the dynamic poses that they’re using, can’t wait to see the full range that i will obviously be buying. Every time this game gets mentioned i involuntarily throw my wallet at my monitor, hasn’t worked yet but soon….
ashamed to say , the one dude in my area who would play heroic games cant stand these sculpts , so I am reticent…..but there stupendous.
