Footsore Show Off Ace Painting For Their New Viking Bondi
January 9, 2018 by brennon
With the recent release of some new Viking Bondi, we also got some cool painted examples from Charles Baynon. See what you think of them here, shown off by Footsore Miniatures this week.
Hopefully, seeing models like these you'll be inspired to try out some of the schemes for yourself on your own models.
Some of the transfers used here were actually from the LBMS Dwarf range, as part of the Oathmark release. They fit nicely onto these Footsore shields though as you see and look rather awesome.
I need to start using more of these transfers on my models to take them to that next level I think!
How have you painted your Vikings?

army painter dip and LBMS transfers for my first batch. But I’m just about to prime and paint my Footsore Vikings and they may get a more complex paint job
LBMS do great work
very nice love the shields.
I’ve been waiting for them to do Northmen for a while and they look as good as you’d expect. And all at the same time as Gangs of Rome too!
Very nice models, and love the shields.
My Vikings are on the way!
I agree, the shields are a highlight.
I´m not a viking player in any form as yet, but the more minis painted like this I see, the more likely it gets that I give it a try.
