The Shadow Knight Coalesces From North Star To Do Dark Deeds

North Star Military Figures have shown off some of the new miniatures coming soon to their Rangers Of Shadow Deep collection. The newest preview came in the form of this render for the Shadow Knight.
The Shadow Knight is one of the scenario-specific miniatures that pops up during the Rangers Of Shadow Deep campaign. I think the look for him here is superb, drawing together a lot of ideas that folks have had for him online and presenting us with something which wouldn't look out of place serving Sauron!
I love the battered blade, the ancient yet regal armour and the flowing cloak which gives him a sinister look. Folks are going to have a lot of fun painting up this particular character.

This character will join the rest of the collection alongside the Temple Guardian...
...and this Skeletal Cultist who are bringing the world of Rangers Of Shadow Deep to life. It's really good to see that there is a constant stream of releases coming out to support the game, giving those who are diving into it a series of the harder to find figures to pick up.
Rangers Of Shadow Deep is a very evocative game and filled with fantastic characters and stories. It's well worth a look if you haven't dived into it already!

That Shadow Knight would make a great general in a Kings of War Undead army. I think he shall go on the must buy list!
Love the Shadow Knight getting a very Barrow Wright esque vibe of him which I very much approve of.
Could see him getting dropped into a Middle Earth army.
