Scibor Reveal a Green Graceful Elf

54mm scale minis might not be the best for gaming, but they can make really dramatic display pieces, so all you painters might be happy to try your painting skills on Scibor's upcoming 54mm Elf.

Now, in terms of stance and detail this sculpt is pretty good, conveying the graceful heroism we have come to expect from depictions of elves.

However, to my eye the whole thing is thrown off by that large breast plate. It makes everything look slightly out of proportion and even makes the elf look fat. While there is nothing that says an elf can't be fat, it isn't something I can easily imagine, especially not if they're a warrior.

What are your thoughts on Scibor's current WIP?
