Artel W Miniatures Become Scholarly With The Savant
December 19, 2017 by brennon
The Savant is one of the new models to become part of the Artel W Miniatures collection. Take a look at the piece below, available in their Etsy store.
This fellow has been sculpted up with a grimdark feel to the model as if he dwells deep within the library of an Inquisitor. While I imagine he wouldn't make a good model for a battlefield role he would be cool in a diorama.
The models are sculpted in resin and as you can see they come out rather well indeed. All of that knowledge could even corrupt him potentially, so you could even use him in some Warhammer 40,000 role-playing games too.
There are a lot more models over on their webstore, all of which with a slant towards the grim darkness of the far future.
As a nice optional piece that might add a bit more character to your army, this could be a great choice.
What do you think?

Columbo the inquisitor.
Now that’s a lovely mini! Could have had 850% more skulls, but still suitable for an imperial army ;P
That’s really nice. I fear starting to get minis from Etsy, though – that’s just another outlet for my poor impulse control.
If you haven’t been to the Etsy store you have to go there. OMG, the stuff is gorgeous.
That’s a really nice model.
