Renegade Game Studios have a new board game up for pre-order, sending you beneath the waves of the beautiful Aquicorn Cove.

Based upon the graphic novel by Katie O'Neill, The Aquicorn Cove Board Game is a co-operative game for two to four players (or conservationists) seeking to rebuild their destroyed coastal village. However, their cove is home to the beautiful and benevolent Aquicorns and it is important to strike a balance between the village's growth and restoring the reef ecosystem.

This game, which features art by Katie O'Neill, looks like the perfect way to introduce kids to environmental issues. The whole game is presented in a charming, whimsical manner that helps convey the serious message it is built around, and should make for a fun and rewarding experience.
