If you're looking for a Fantasy race to take to the high seas you probably wouldn't have considered Dwarves but there is a new crew making their way to the tabletop thanks to Macrocosm and their Kickstarter campaign which is closing in on its final days right now. See what you think of the "Old Salt" collection...

The aim of the Kickstarter is to bring together a full compliment of Dwarves for you to take off on a voyage in search of plunder. Considering the bearded ones love of gold it somewhat makes sense that you'd want to go and find more of it on an island somewhere.

There are a variety of different packs available with options for you to choose from including characters, ranged options, melee users and more. Above you see a command element which might be good if you wanted to bring them to the tabletop as support for a larger army.
