Team Yankee Rulebook Gets Shrunk And The Brits Are Coming!
September 23, 2016 by stvitusdancern
Battlefront has gone and taken their Team Yankee rulebook and shrunk it down to A5 size which is perfect for gamers on the move.
Many Flames of War players will recognize the format as they did the same with their rulebook. The book will be ninety pages of full-colour awesomeness, but it will not have the unit statistics in it like the full-size book has. Those you can get from the unit cards that come with each model.
The British Are Coming!
Do you want to know the best part? The rulebook will be included in the upcoming release of Charlie’s Chieftains British Army Deal!
This will be released in October of this year. The Team Yankee universe is growing rapidly and the new releases look to be pretty cool.
Are you ready for the new British army?

The rulebook and the finest fighting force in the world in one box, colour me tempted.
mhm nice! can’t wait to get them.
just in time for my birthday heheheee
nice one.
Would have preferred Challenger 1s!
Although the releases so far have gone along with the book (e.g. the intelligence at the time it was written that the Soviet front line tank would have been the t72 where actually the t80 was more prevalent)
There have been rumours of a future Apache release. In the same way, i would be very surprised if Battlefront didn’t release the t80, m1a1 and indeed Challenger 1 at some point in the future (perhaps as a second wave, once the initial releases and forces are out)
Really impressed by the quality and quantity of the new releases for Team Yankee. These guys look great!
i would hope that Battlefront would offer some sort of retro-fit deal for the rule book those who purchased the previous starter army deals.
The rule book is only about £10 don’t think its a biggie..
Now I’m going to get into Team Yankee, first tank unit will be 14/20th Hussars, followed by 2nd Field Artillery and the Queens Own Highlanders infantry. My plan is to build 4th Armoured Brigade, the reason being, this was the brigade I served with, as gun bunny in O Bty 2nd Field Artillery on the M109.
Been waiting for this for ages 🙂
