Roll Like a Roman with Warlord’s Hail Caesar Dice
June 17, 2014 by dracs
It's time to roll them bones like they did in the days of the Roman Empire, as Warlord release a new set of Hail Caesar dice bearing roman numerals.
We all love a few novelty dice in our collections. These Roman numerals are a nice little addition to bring to your historical games, and while they are not essential, they can be good for keeping track of dice you need for specific gaming purposes.
Are your rolls going to bring the Roman Empire to glory?

Sona si latine loqueris.
Romanes eunt domus
A fellow PhD student once brought in a cake with that iced on it. I ate a little bit of icing on the e in eunt, after which it said something I don’t think I can type on BoW. Rude classics jokes FTW! My favourite rude classics joke istarts “when is the Odyssey like a pair of lesbians”? Unfortunately you’ll have to figure out the punchline yourselves, I’ve no wish to get banned lol.
It hides in a wooden horse? It ties itself up to hear siren songs? Odysseus was Homer-sexual?
Romani ite domum
Now write that out one hundred times…
If I ever do Roman-era historics, I’m having a wall plastered in “Romani ite domum”
