First Releases For The Warpath Universe Appear From Mantic Games
August 3, 2016 by brennon
The first few collections for the Warpath Universe which can be used in both versions of the game and of course Deadzone have now hit the webstore from Mantic Games. The focus so far is on the Forge Fathers, Enforcers and Veer-Myn who have a number of different options available to them...
Forge Fathers
As mentioned above they have three factions raring to go soon and we'll kick off with the Forge Fathers. Sets available to them include the Steel Warriors...
...and the Brokkr.
As well as that you can pick up the Army Set which gives you some Iron Ancestors and more heavy weapons, albeit in the old style, for use with your army.
Enforcers
The Enforcers are next. As well as their heavily armour troopers which we all know and love...
...we also got to see the new Pathfinders which came out of the Deadzone Kickstarter taking to the battlefield with their new technology.
Additionally you can also pick up the Strider which is possibly one of the best models Mantic have done so far for their Sci-Fi range.
You can't pass up a brutal looking walker like this.
Veer-Myn
Last but not least we have the Veer-Myn who have two different units available to them. The regular Night Crawlers...
...are joined by the more exotically armed Progenitors. They have some more potent weapons at their disposal which will start to melt your enemies and leave wounds festering.
This should make a good start for your Warpath collection and in the mean time use them for Deadzone!
Which faction will you fight for?

Space rats are cool!
Kinda wished I got the Forge Fathers now instead of the non Enforcer humans. But I would more likely uses the humans in games then the FF.
I like the enforcers, except for the heads. I wish there were helmet options. I guess I can always go to Puppet Wars or Anvil Industry to get those.
You get a choice of four different helmets on the sprue. Standard, with visor, with targeter and sergeant. We’re also looking at doing extra heads in the future.
Thank you. Could you post pics of the helmet options as an update?
Those are so good.
Loving the Steel Warriors. Nice to see Space dwarfs (ves) done well.
Not so keen on the strider – looks like an egg with limbs; oddly wierd
It’s not a great angle in that pic, their pretty damn cool in the flesh.

That’s a really nice paint job!
Thanks 🙂
@elpotof
I have one myself, and I kinda agree with you. I never did much care for the huge windshield on what I consider a military vehicle which should use cameras and better armor for the pilot. It sort of make sense if it was a civilian walker pressed into combat except that why would the enforcers use one when they should have a some corporate contract for something better.
Got all these through the Deadzone Kickstarters and their nice kits (some issues with the forge fathers tho)
The price on them is very nice in my opinion
The forge father’s look really tempting to me. I was so close to jumping on the Kickstarter but funds wouldn’t allow it at the time unfortunately :/
Yeah those are looking pretty good to me
Nice – I have a bunch of this coming 🙂
Really dont think any of them get my juices flowing , The Forgefathers are Ram Man from He-man , the guns for Enforcers are terrible !
The others , Im meh about , but from the preread for the rules , Im glad its coming out.
