Red Box Close In On Final Hours Of Fantasy Goblin Kickstarter

Red Box Games' Tre Manor is closing in on the final hours for their Warbands Of The Cold North Kickstarter. The aim here is to bring an awesome warband of Goblins to the tabletop for use with your Fantasy wargames.

There is a full-on collection of miniatures for you to choose from here including characters, troops, specialists and more. If you're looking to make a proper awesome Goblin warband then you can't go too far wrong with these I would warrant.

All of the miniatures that you'll get as part of this campaign are going to be cast in white metal. You get a good mixture of different troops including Goblins with regular hand weapons, spears, bows and more.
Leading the way, we have two characters as well. DogsBane the warlord and CrowBiter the shaman both look great. I like that they've got a little bit of a Norse flavour to them (makes sense with the Cold North theme) which means they could be fun when set against Viking-esque warriors.

There are also a fair few additional miniatures that you're able to pick from and add to your Goblin warband. You could choose from Wolf Riders...

...or perhaps the mighty Clobber Gob. This gives you a good selection of fast and elite units for you to use in your wargames.

It should be noted that scale is an interesting one when it comes to Red Box Games and their range. Their humans often stand to around 35mm and so these Goblins come in around the 22/25mm mark. This means that they should work very nicely alongside other ranges but more often than not, no one is going to particular care I'd guess!

If you'd like to see more of the range and perhaps even support the project, there are still a fair few hours left on the campaign before it comes to an end. If you're in the mood to make Goblin warbands or you just need to bulk out a miniature collection for a roleplaying game, these could well fit the bill.
Have you backed this campaign?
