Ragnarok Miniatures Prepare A Dvergatal For Kickstarter
March 8, 2022 by brennon
Ragnarok Miniatures is around three weeks around releasing a brand new Kickstarter that builds on their collection inspired by Norse Mythology and Tolkien's Middle-earth. This time around they are meeting for a Dvergatal!
The Dvergertal // Ragnarok Miniatures
The Dvergatal is the "Reckoning Of Dwarves" and was used by Tolkien to pick the names of Thorin's Company. As you might have guessed, this means that the focus of the next Kickstarter is going to be on a band of Dwarven warriors who are perhaps on a quest to rid their ancient home of a nefarious wyrm.
As well as the miniatures for the likes of Dvalin, Thorin, Bvalin, Dori, Nori and the rest there will also be a special miniature for Durin The Dwarf Father (front). You'll also find some special miniatures in the form of the Grey Wizard and the Armoured Burglar - so, Gandalf The Grey and Bilbo Baggins!

I really like that the range from Ragnarok Miniatures delves deep into Norse Mythology and the sagas whilst also being influenced by a love for Tolkien's world. It comes together to produce a range of 28mm metal miniatures that feel authentic. You could imagine these being the Dwarves that the writer envisioned when penning The Hobbit and The Lord Of The Rings.
Are you tempted to check out this range on Kickstarter soon?

Nice ?
Fabulous looking figures how big is the range going to be do you know.
Impressive. Now, what I would like him to do next are winged Valkyries. I’ve searched and searched the internet but can’t find any producers in 28mm
awesome looking minis
I joined both of the previous Kickstarters. The first delivered early and the most recent which was due in May is fully cast and has started fulfilment. Very impressive organisation on their part to match the beautiful sculpts.
