Purgatory Miniatures Shows Off The Greens For Bobby B & Hannibal
February 8, 2016 by deltagamegirl22
In watching all the different types of work that go into creating a story line and developing a game, I have become very enamoured with seeing how people breathe life into their miniatures. Purgatory Miniatures has commissioned sculptors to create their models in the good old-fashioned green stuff - which is something I have an immense amount of respect for.
I think back to my Play Doh days and how anything I tried to created at best, looked like Mr. Bill, so that said, it's time to show some appreciation and admiration to the sculptors out there.
This week, we have gotten a peek at two of the greens for Purgatory. Bobby B is a very interesting fellow. His pose alone makes you wonder what he's up to. Bobby B is part o the Soul Train faction, and more importantly will be a limited edition, event only model for the game. Players can substitute Bobby B for Barry in their games, or you may simply want him for the sly character he is, to paint up and proudly display on your shelf.
The second green we get to admire, is the tough guy, Hannibal, of Murder Inc. Yes, that is an elephant he's walking. I think it easily ups his intimidation factor. Anyone with an elephant on a leash in one hand and a weapon in the other, is at the very least eccentric and unpredictable, if not dangerous!
What do you think of these sculpts for Purgatory?

Must be a dwarf elephant, but nice figure nonetheless.
I am totally with you Dawn! Any character that is cool enough to walk and elephant like a poodle definitely gets a second look. I also love the detail on his fur lined suit jacket. I can just imaging that with a Roman paint job.
