We teased him towards the end of the week and now he's finally here. Ax Faction raise their axes, dive into the maze, and start looking for interlopers with their new and rather awesome looking Serve & Protect Minotaur...
This massive beast stands as a 32mm kit and from hoof to horn is about 80mm in height. A huge model with a huge axe and one hell of a bad attitude when you try and steal his treasure/ward. I assume from some of the old concept art that we'll see a damsel in distress to hang from his leg later on down the line but as it stands it's an awesome piece in its own right.
Above is what you get in the kit when you buy the Minotaur and that includes a cool poster as well as all the other gubbins. It actually looks like a relatively easy kit to put together with the main body all being one piece alongside the legs. I can't tell you how relieved that makes me as someone who ends up making wonky models half the time.

That is rather impressive.
Very nice, except the feet look they’re from a muppet suit. Still, seems to be the aesthetic of the range, so I’m not fussed about it. Cost less than I thought it would as well.
Looks pretty good, and easy to assemble. Apart from the horns, tail and axe, it appears to be all one piece.
Like the concept art, feel they missed it by alot regarding the head and face .. its sorta what would have made it an original looking minotaur
