Perry Miniatures Preview Their Mounted Agincourt Knights
April 16, 2018 by brennon
Salute saw the first previews for Perry Miniatures new Mounted Agincourt Knights. As you'll see when you check out these models they have plenty of accessories and options on the way (as you would imagine from the Perry Twins) and even at this stage they're looking awesome.
The idea is to make the kit as user-friendly as possible with lots of different options presented on the one sprue for your riders. You'll see more of the proposed styles and options available in these pictures from Facebook.
Interestingly, horse armour was going out of fashion at this point in time and so you'll normally see heavily armoured knights riding into battle on steeds that have no barding. There will be (space permitting) some room for cloth barding though.
Anything Medieval from Perry gets me excited and it's nice to see things developing well for them. Hopefully, we'll get a better look at these in the near future beyond this early WiP stage.
What do you think of their knights?

Nice knights an lancer’s.
Fantastic!! News has made my day – so far my biggest impediment to getting into the Agincourt era has been the absence of plastic cavalry. This lot, supplemented with the already lovely metals from Perry and the existing plastic infantry and you’re well on your way.
You can never have too many Perry models. Looking forward to these.
They look awesome!
As well as their upcoming US for North Africa 😎
Wow those look great! With their english army and foot soldiers a start to agincourt is not very pricey in plastic 🙂
