Power Up Chainguns & Despair Before Fallen Frontier’s New Heroes
October 4, 2015 by brennon
Fallen Frontiers surprises us with some more previews for their Sci-Fi world. They have some rather interesting looking miniatures this time with the chunky Lee Jenkins and then a pair of vicious killers in Virus & Despair...
Rev Up That Gun
Lee Jenkins works for The Damned and comes rather appropriately with a damned awesome looking chaingun and shoulder mounted cannon. He is armoured up to the eyeballs in heavy plate and will probably take a while to dislodge.
I think the model is looking great although it would be nice to see him posed in a different way, maybe firing his chaingun at the enemy as they approach. I'm sure this won't be the pose he eventually ends up in but it's worth highlighting.
Death Times Two
If you're looking for a pair of alternative death dealers then see what you think of both Virus & Despair. The first of these fighters wields a pair of whip-style weapons which are probably electronically charged.
The second master of death takes a more conventional approach to warfare with his over-sized pistol in hand. Both of them are dressed in amazingly well rendered armour and I love the design of them as a whole.
Fallen Frontiers is coming on leaps and bounds and it's slowly but surely growing into a range worth taking notice of on the tabletop for real.

Lee Jenkins in a “not tac-arm” battlesuit 😉
Those are looking good.
The first guy looks to be carrying enough ammo for a 5-scond burst lol. I like the bottom model, though.
Lee Jenkins looks good but needs a helmet or a sniper can take him out.
The lee jenkins comes with an alternate helmeted head
cancel the sniper get a bazooka then.
An alternate helmeted head is not enough. Lee Jenkins ought to come with a proper armor panel and some electronics. Why put him behind massive armor and leave his head with less protection?
