Perry Miniatures Fix The Sights With New WWII Italian Gun Crew
April 3, 2015 by brennon
Perry Miniatures have put together a new set of miniatures for you to use with both Italian and German forces in World War II. The new Italian Self Propelled Gun Crew can be used to man a Semovente 90/53 and Semovente 47/32 or a German 88mm...
The crew look great and the sculpting is wonderful on something so seemingly insignificant thanks to the Perry twins. They also have a range of different poses for you to make dioramas that little bit more fun too. I like using crews and such on the tabletop as they give the illusion of realistic action rather than just a big ol' gun just sitting there with no-one manning it.
This gun looks like a very nice piece of kit too and it's always handy to have something like this on hand to take on tanks and maybe bring down an emplacement or two.
Would you pick them up for your guns?

Those are really nice.
Very nice . I see on Perry’s site that they have gun crews for British and German armies as well . How do these compare size wise to Bolt Action plastics ? Will they go well together or do they look like 110 pound weaklings next to the beefy BA troops ?
They are a fair bit slighter and shorter than the Bolt Action plastics – might be less of an issue with gun crews but you’d notice it with infantry side by side. I could probably live with the difference and creative basing might help.
I love these – imminent additions to my Sicily project.
