Perry Miniatures (or more specifically Alan Perry) have been working away on a new set of 75mm Figures for you to paint up and add to a collection in the near future. The story being told here introduces us to Captain Richard Kenah RN And The Taking Of Banda-Neira.

These figures will join the existing 75mm resin miniature, Captain David Gregory, over on the Perry Miniatures webstore. But, why Captain Kenah. Well, David Gregory was actually an ancestor of Alans that he wanted to bring to life and naval officer Captain Richard Kenah just happens to be Gregory's brother-in-law!

The clash shown here has Captain Kenah struggling with a Dutch garrison officer during The Taking Of Banda-Neira. The poor Dutchman seems like he is about to meet his maker if Kenah has anything to do with it!

Additional figures are also in the works to help add to the scene as a whole.

Whilst the sculpting for the larger figures came from Alan, the weapons were designed by Rob MacFarlane so we should also doff the cap there too! Everything looks rather awesome and it's neat to see the detail in these larger sculpts.

These are obviously the greens for these miniatures and they will eventually come in resin as mentioned earlier. I should also say that if you want to dive deeper into the story behind these miniatures and Captain Kenah, the Facebook Page has a very in-depth rundown!

Are you going to be snapping these up?
