Perry Miniatures Drive Out In New WWII German Vehicles
November 2, 2016 by dracs
Perry Miniatures has released two new vehicles for the German forces of World War II; the Steyr 1500 Truck and a BMW Motorbike Combination.
Keep On Truckin'
The new Steyr 1500 Truck is the communication variant, allowing for radio contact across the battlefield.
This vehicle was made by John Hart and is a mixture of resin and metal parts.
The attention to detail here is very good and I particularly like the inclusion of the interior, letting you see the radio operator hard at work.
On Yer Bike
Perry has also re-stocked their BMW motorbikes with side cars, having revamped them a bit with larger wheels.
This bike, by Steve Cox, makes for a good mobile weapons platform, perfect for scouting missions or chasing down escaping American PoWs.
Do you like these new vehicles?

I normally stear clear of resin vehicles after some disappointing kits from other companies but a few months ago I broke down and ordered a Perry field car metal/resin hybrid kit and it was not only a beautiful kit but the metal pieces were sturdy and unbent and they glued on easily and have stayed put. I HIGHLY recommend the Perry metal figures and resin vehicles.
love the truck n bikes.
