A Peek Ahead At Oathsworn’s New Burrows & Badgers Characters
January 13, 2018 by brennon
You can check out the preview above from Oathsworn Miniatures as they gave us a better look at the Burrows & Badgers characters we have to look forward to in the coming months. Look for these models to be coming out around the time of the book release at Salute.
Some of the most impressive models from the video were these three with the Knights of the Order of the Lilly. Here you have an almost a ready-made warband to enjoy and there are already a few Robin Hood-esque ideas I'd be brewing up for them as a narrative for their adventures.
You also have this dashing Otter Ranger that you could just imagine slinking down by the river in search of poachers or even the target of his next robbery.
All of the fur you have to paint for Burrows & Badgers can be daunting at times but it gives you an excuse to work with all manner of different colours AND it looks awesome once you've gone over it in a wash or shade.
The Knights of the Order of the Lilly would be a chance of pace though with all of that armour.
Are you looking at making Burrows & Badgers a game to consider for 2018?

These look awesome. I bet Advanced Heroquest could be replayed with just animal heroes fighting Skaven.
I must have the mouse 🙂
Those look really promising.
Perfect to get the kids in to gaming.
New Kickstarter on the Horizon?
Probably… although I’d really like these ready for Salute, so it all depends on whether there’s enough time to KS them, and still mould/cast/deliver by then!
Every set of B&B miniatures just seems to get more and more enticing. Great to see the knights in this one, and looking forward to them coming out, whether it works out they arrive at the same time as the 2nd Edition rulebook or not.
My wallet is twitching. Luckily Oathsworn has an exemption from cutbacks due to being an essential service.
Running the countries first Burrows and Badgers tournament on June 30th this year..

Ben: could you contact me please about this as would like to discuss with you
Thanks
Would be great to see @brennon there…
Replied to your message on FB about it chap – as long as it doesn’t fall around anything else event-wise I would be interested in coming along 🙂
I am really excited about Burrows and badgers. I’ve just got the start of my Royalists…… looking forward to the new rules and the possible next anthropomorphic purchase
