Panzer & Marders Roll Out Of The Tank Factory For Plastic Soldier Company
February 24, 2015 by brennon
We love checking out what Plastic Soldier Company are working on and this week is no exception. This time around they've got the release of the 1/72nd Scale Panzer & Marders set for you...
The set allows you to build three of these vehicles in a variety of different options but also comes with the crew you need for each tank too. You can take a closer look at what builds you get here...
...and as you can see it allows you to build a Panzer, Marder or indeed the Marder 138 Ausf H. Effectively you can either go tank or tank destroyer with this set or why not go with a mix of both?
They've also handily provided a set of instructions in the preview so you can have a look at how they all go together before you attempt them, or even buy them in this case. The builds look easy and relatively straight forward in the long run and I like that the tank tracks are all just one part so you don't have to fiddle around with wheels and the track itself.
The added complexity comes in putting together some of those guns!
Will you be picking this up?

Those look really neat.
I am going to get the 15mm version of the same – I decided some time ago on 15mm for large battles and 28mm for the smaller numbers/more individual detail variations. 1:72 aka 20mm is a nice scale but having all 3 would be ridiculous.
Oh wait, I am ridiculous…
Rather good. The 38t’s will be most welcome!
Four boxes on order…
interesting box the extra gun could be used for a bunker of some type.
Would rather build the Marders. The 38t’s only advantage was that it was faster than a running French soldier, and slightly more capable than a pole on horseback with a saber. Wasn’t terribly useful after ’41.
