So, you might remember that as part of Weekender XLBS on 1st December we started cracking open an Advent Calendar of awesome miniature goodness sent in by @blinky465 (Chris) - we thought it would be neat to show off what's inside each day and keep it going in the run-up to Christmas!
Let's dive in and explore what quirky miniatures got added into the mix. We should really consider getting ready to paint some of these!

If I did this I’d have to make a 365 day calendar at least… I have a bit of a backlog…

I have more than a few of those Blood Bowl orcs. They were pish on the field (I blame the head coach) but great models.
Way better than the traditional count down to Christmas.
Less calories than those feeble chocolates. You guys should make this a sellable item!

A fabulous mix of figures and love the messages with them good to have a chuckle at least one a day an this post is tops for that Guy’s thanks.

I’m quite enjoying this, but only because I don’t remember half of what I put in it!
In hindsight, two nurgly things so close together does seem a bit of a cop-out…
Can’t wait to see what else comes up.

I forgot I did that too. I have three sisters. It’s where the idea of little notes in with the advent calendar came from. The first time I got an empty window in my advent calendar, with a little note saying “you snooze you lose” I was both really, really naffed off and a little bit impressed. It became part of Xmas for many years in our house.
the best thing was Warren told a long rambling tale that Lloyd would do that to their sister. Then he left and I got Lloyd to open door 17…and there is nothing there.
We were in tears. Couldn’t have planned it any better
